Mid Atlantic Climbers and Friends of Patapsco State Park are partnering to continue to maintain and enhance the Woodstock Rock climbing area. Originally developed in the late ’60s, Woodstock Rock attracts both top-rope climbers and boulders and offers a few good leadable climbs for the experienced trad climber. The rock faces north and seldom sees the sun, making for an ideal late spring to early fall destination. In 2019, a new trail was established to support the local climbing community access to the base of the climbs, but trail work is never finalized or complete and we can use your support.
