What To Bring:

  • Closed toed shoes
  • Working gloves (if you have them)
  • Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in
  • Water bottle
  • A snack

What We’ll be Doing:

Carderock gets a lot of traffic along the cliff top and at the base of the cliff, which can cause serious impact issues when left unmaintained. MAC volunteers will be mulching at the cliff top and the base to make sure we get a hold of the erosion issues and better control the overall impact. We’ll also be brushing-in some social trails and picking up trash.
